About The Transgender Equality Network Ireland

Transgender Equality Network Ireland Ltd. (TENI) is a not-for-profit organisation that supports the transgender community in Ireland. The CEO will also lead and develop TENI’s advocacy strategy to advance trans rights in the areas of legal recognition, healthcare, education and employment.

To succeed in this role, the post holder must have extensive previous leadership experience, a strong management skillset, a strategic mindset and a proven ability to work on their own initiative, while leading and managing the team.

They will be comfortable managing a wide-ranging mix of stakeholders and be a skilled, motivated and committed individual with an outstanding track record in leadership, advocacy, management and fundraising.
