TENI's guideline series helps people to make positive change by creating environments, and encouraging discourses, that are respectful and trans inclusive.
Here you will find information on exploring trans identities & coming out as trans, as well as a range of research on issues that effect trans communities across the world.
These resources aim to help service providers to understand and address trans issues, and to assist in providing effective treatment and care of trans individuals.
On 3rd December 2015, the HSE hosted the first National Transgender Healthcare Conference in Carlow. This event was organised by the HSE in partnership with Transgender Equality Network Ireland (TENI). Over 380 healthcare professionals attended the conference.
