Albania proposes Recognition based on Argentina's model
Council of Europe member state Albania yesterday proposed gender recognition legislation that would follow the progressive example set by Argentina in 2012.

The proposal for Gender Recognition was the outcome of a Council of Europe project assisting Albania to implement the framework of the European Convention of Human Rights.
It is over six years since Ireland was declared to be in breach of the European Convention of Human Rights in failing to provide Recognition.
