Community Event: European Elections LGBT Hustings

Event: Wood Quay, Wednesday 30th April, 8pm

Invitation to European Elections LGBT Hustings

Next Wednesday, the 30th April, TENI will be jointly hosting an LGBT hustings event with GLEN in advance of the European elections.

This is a great opportunity to meet the candidates and ask them about the role that they, and the European Parliament, can play in advancing LGBT rights. It is also a good opportunity to raise the issues that effect the trans community in Europe and to highlight those issues with the candidates.

Seamus Dooley, Irish Secretary of the National Union of Journalists, will chair the event.

It is also expected that all candidates will be in attendance.

The event details are as follows:

-Wednesday 30th April, 8pm
-Wood Quay Venue, Dublin 8

You can RSVP by emailing office@teni.ie or info@glen.ie

You can also join the Facebook event here. We would also encourage you to join the event page, and to invite your friends to come along and to share details about the event.
