IndividualiTy

IndividualiTy is a social group for young trans people and those questioning their gender identity. It aims to provide a safe, positive and fun space where trans youth can relax, be themselves and make friends. Dublin Trans Peer Group Meeting

The Dublin Trans Peer Support Group started in April 2005 and is the longest running group in Ireland. The group meets every second Wednesday. It provides an inclusive and supportive environment for those who have been diagnosed with Gender Identity Disorder, who feel they have a gender identity issue, and who are exploring their gender role. Our aim is to provide a safe environment for people to feel accepted and accept and explore their own gender identity.

LGBT Diversity's Trans Sexual Health Seminar

Trans women and trans men are different. They have different bodies, and therefore experience different risks to the general  population. It’s not always easy for trans women or trans men to find correct information about sex and sexual health. It is also not easy for sexual health service providers to have the information they need to better serve and support their trans clients.

To address this, a seminar on Trans sexual health is being planned for Tuesday 4th December 2012 in Langton’s Hotel, Kilkenny from 9:30 am to 3:30 pm.

SMILY Meeting

MONTHLY, SATURDAY 15.00-17.00 | 30 NOV 2012 | BALLINA, CO. MAYO

SMILY group meetings now being held on a monthly basis in the Sligo and Mayo area for Lesbian, Gay, Bi-sexual and Transgender young people between the ages of 14-23. A safe, friendly and fun social outlet for LGBT young people to express their persona in a non-judgemental environement and meet like minded people. Meetings are held indoors in a safe and secure community building. Activities include team building and other fun stuff to keep entertained!

SMILY are currently running a Six week Programme packed with great activities and things to do choosen by youth members at SMILY meetings!
