This year's ILGA-Europe Conference took place in Vienna from 30th October to 2nd November. The Human Rights Commissioner for the Council of Europe delivered the keynote speech, which is available from the ILGA-Europe websitehere. The Executive Director of ILGA-Europe, Patricia Prendiville from Ireland, is standing down after five very successful years in the post and TENI wishes her well on her 'retirement'.
